Yes. finqt is a universal iOS app — the same download runs natively on iPhone and iPad. On iPad you get a larger layout for watchlists, charts, the portfolio dashboard, and finqtAI conversations. Apple Silicon Macs can also run finqt through the Mac App Store's iOS compatibility layer, though we recommend finqtool for Mac for the best desktop experience.

Not yet. finqt is currently iOS-only (iPhone, iPad, and Apple Silicon Macs via iOS compatibility). An Android version is on the roadmap but we don't have a public release date. If you'd like to be notified, email us at hello@finqt.com and we'll add you to the Android waitlist.

Each text question to finqtAI costs 1 credit. Chart image analysis costs 2 credits. PRO subscribers receive 100 credits/month, and PRO+ subscribers receive 300 credits/month. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. You can also purchase top-up packs (25, 75, or 200 credits) that never expire and are consumed first.

When your monthly credits are used up, you can purchase top-up credit packs directly in the app. Top-up credits never expire and are always consumed before your subscription credits. Packs start at $7.99 for 25 credits.

Yes. Connect your Binance account using a read-only API key and finqt will sync your portfolio automatically. Your API key is stored in the iOS keychain and is never sent to our servers in plaintext. finqt never has trading access to your account.

finqt streams real-time price data from connected exchanges. Crypto prices update continuously via WebSocket connections. Stock prices update during market hours based on the exchange's data feed. Price alerts trigger in real-time.

Crypto prices come directly from exchange-level feeds on Binance, Coinbase, OKX, Bybit, Bitfinex, Hyperliquid, BtcTurk, and Kraken — not from aggregators — so you see the same price your exchange sees. Stock, forex, and commodity prices come from our licensed real-time market data vendor with coverage across US, European, and Asian markets. Everything you see in the app is streamed, not delayed.

Yes. Exchange API keys are stored in the iOS keychain — encrypted by the operating system and never sent to our servers in plaintext. The entire app can be locked behind Face ID, Touch ID, or a 6-digit PIN. Every API request uses certificate pinning to prevent interception.

API keys are stored in Apple's iOS Keychain — a hardware-backed encrypted storage system. Keys are encrypted at the OS level, protected by your device passcode and biometrics, and are never accessible to other apps or transmitted in plaintext.

Free and PRO users can view transaction history inside the app but cannot export it.
