Response time

Most messages get a reply within two business days (Mon–Fri). Security reports are prioritised and usually answered the same day.

finqt support will never contact you first, and we will never ask for any of the following — if someone claiming to be finqt does, it's a scam.

  • Your password or 2FA code
  • Your exchange API secret or withdrawal key
  • Your seed phrase or recovery words
  • Remote access to your screen or device
  • Payment outside the Apple App Store
